1. The 'hotel' was not full, but we were the noisiest possible room just nearest to harding Avenue (we know now that all the southbound traffic goes through that).

2. It is in a walking distance to the beach, near public transportation system to Miami Beach (The hotel is facing on A1A road; harding Ave in fact is another name for A1A South), and the staff (which consisted of one young clerk at the desk who was there every day) was VERY, VERY friendly.

3. There are lots of restaurants along Collins (one street over from harding) between 71 st & about 66 th.
