1. The standard rooms are crummy and smelly, the carpet in the hallways are old, the paint is chipping off the walls everywhere (except the lobby), the $10/day resort fee is a joke.

3. There is a sign saying expect to wait 30min - 1hr for your car, but we never had to wait more than 20 minutes4- they are doing allot of construction/remodeling outside, so pool area was noisy and a bit smelly from asphaltOverall had a great time and would go back.

4. This is one of the most undesirable hotels on Miami Beach, don't let the lobby fool you for when arriving to your designated room you will be disgusted and anguished there rooms are dingy, dirty, smelly, old and extremely out dated.
