1. The room I had was small to average size, but the bath/shower area was extremely dysfunctional with a wand-like shower head and an open style shower that made it difficult to avoid spraying water all over the place.

3. I wouldn't stay here again and must must must learn that you get what you pay for, even if the hotel calls itself boutique - to avoid having to make a real effort.
