1. These are my only complaints, at this price point the service was just about the best you can find.

6. If searching for a complaint, and it would have to be searching, I would say that they need more elevators as they were always very busy and the hotel staff and all their equipement had to use the same elevators as the guests.

7. Our only two complaints were that with the price/room, internet service should be complimentary and the valet service was overpriced, although the valet staff were wonderful.

10. In the evening I was setting in the lobby near where the breakfast grab and go is (and wine at night which was very nice) and the restaurant staff kept huddling inside the curtains and LOUDLY voicing all their complaints about coworkers, managment, etc.
