1. Second problem was the relatively slow intternet (service provider was AT&T); we tried wired and wireless and both were the same - not much better than dial-up for the 2 nights we spent.

4. A snall problem in the business center when we couldn't print material but the staff was more than willing to print what we needed from their computer behind the front desk.
