2. We walked into the room and the carpet had stains by the door, but that was not the doozer, my husband saw a bed bug crawling around the bed sheet and I immediately called down to the front desk and ask for another room.

4. Furniture and carpet were in good condition, the bed had an extremely comfortable pillow-top mattress, and the bathroom was lacking the grout stains or smeared caulk that you see in truly run-down hotels.
