1. We had several problems with room service bringing incorrect or missing items and then one morning when I asked the gentleman to let me take the tray at the door he started to come in anyway? The gym area was also very, very warm and so uncomfortable that I had to end my workout early.

2. This made our stay very uncomfortable to say the least, when we mentioned it to the front desk they offered no solution only 'sorry about that', no fix for the problem or offer to move us.
