1. traveled to Cincinnati/Kentucky area during inclement weather; overall the stay was okay; there were two issues, the front desk clerk did not know the hotel have a hotel directive/information booklet that gave info re the area and the hotel; also only one restaurant open in the hotel so did not have a choice of where to eat since I was confined to the hotel due to weather.

2. The only issues we had was the plugs by the sink didn't work and the room didn't seem to ever get really cold even thought the thermostat was turned all the way down.

3. The room was recently remodeled and there were no issues with construction (they are working on the third floor and then they will be done).

5. The rooms are (somewhat) recently updated but clean and comfortable and the sound insulation is very good so noise is not an issue.
