1. I have two tiny complaints and neither would deter me from staying again, which i definitely plan on doing the next time I'm in Seattle.

2. The only complaints I have are having to climb stairs just to get to the entrance of the Hotel (which can't really be fixed), the noisy street outside, which we only noticed when we woke up and the fact that the complimentary wireless internet needs a stronger signal and higher speed.

3. To their credit, the staff tried to remedy my biggest complaint which was a very loud air condtioner that hissed, started, stopped, etc, every 2 to 3 minutes.
