1. Over a period of 6 days, the trash bin hadn't been emptied, the carpet hadn't been vaccumed on two occasions, no toiletries were re-stocked in the bathroom on two occasions so I had to go to the trolley and take shampoo (which I don't really like doing), no toilet rolls re-stocked and something which really bugs me, the sheets weren't changed throughout the 6 days which I found quite shocking.

2. Imagine my shock and horror when the young lady on the other end of the line says, 'Well, when you book through Priceline, you automatically get a room with a king bed.

3. The only downside to this hotel was that we kept getting nasty electric shocks off one of the light switches in our room, but we informed someone on the desk before we checked out.

10. It was a bit of a shock at first so I immediately went back to reception and asked if we could change rooms to one with a view, ideally of the Chrysler Building (which the hotel is meant to offer).
