1. I have to book on the cheap for work, and I've stayed at other business hotels in the area that were old, dingy, tiny rooms and just not great.

2. Not a problem really though as you just nip to one of the numerous deli's nearby and get a big bottle for a lot less, its just the cheek of trying to charge $5 for a tiny bottle of water, they should just leave the fridge empty.

4. Free high speed internet in the rooms, comfortable desks/chairs/beds and a heck of a lot more space than I`m used to having in New York City where you can pay $400/night for a tiny box.
