4. Spending close to 75 nights/year in hotels, I really hate the penchant to nickel and dime me to death, especially the internet fees (which are expensive and the service of poor quality).

5. Service is good, location is good, but rooms are tiny, poor bang for the buck, this is definitely not a place to stay if you`re looking to relax, ie go shopping, go back to the room, nap, then go party because you won`t get much rest in the room, it`s not that comfortable.

7. It's most unfortunate that this rather aggressive attitude has tainted a positive trip to the city and I sincerely hope that others don't have similar issues with this kind of poor treatment of a hotel guest.
