1. Others have complained of the street noise but this was not an issue for us.

2. In our case it only worked briefly for about ten minutes after midnight- don't bother complaining about anything either because it will be your fault whatever the situation.

3. I went to purchase WiFi access one day during my stay and was given a code that worked briefly but after I had been out for dinner it didn't work so I went to complain at the desk.

8. The bed offered a delightful night's sleep and the bathroom was also just fine (don't know what some people are doing complaining about its size-- not huge by any means, but more than adequate) and the toiletries provided were great.

9. And to those complaining about the size of the bathroom - admittedly the bathroom is small for most hotels but it was adequate for individual use and the water pressure was good and the water was always hot for morning showers.
