1. To make a long story short we ran into computer problems but two other staff came to help out and they even had their IT guy on the line to resolve the issue.

7. Had a little issue getting into the room (card key read was malfunctioning, but after returning to the front desk, they sent someone from maintenance along to make sure it we could get into the room and that the problem was fixed).
