1. We spent the previous night before checking in here at a hotel a couple steps away that had black mold all over the bathroom, a layer of women's hair on the floor in the room and bathroom, and a bed that was as hard as plywood.

2. There were some issues with the molding and the wall paper (peeling off of the wall), the rug is stained and the chair's upholstery is a bit worn.

6. The mattress was medium firm and comfortable, big screen TV worked well, bathroom was clean but my wife noticed a little bit of mold in the shower but in all fairness it was very small and it's hard to see because the floor of the shower is a dark grey slate like tile.

8. I looked, and found that the entire corner of carpeting under the desk was soaked, wet, and a huge growth of mold and gross blackish particles had formed.
