5. My only complaint is that I was there during the summer heatwave and there is no air conditioning in the rooms.

6. Only complaint is that they only supply coffee for the in-room pots on the first night (you can buy additional packs) and housekeeping doesn't wash the coffee pot, cups, or glasses during my stay.
