3. Why not 5 stars? This hotel is lacking in any sort of amenities (besides free contintnal breakfast in the small lobby) and is missing some of the finer touches (only 2 small and scratchy bath towels and 2 hand towels a day, the staff at ground level will sometimes sit by the door and not greet you or assist you with opening the door, etc).

7. The only lack is on-site room service, but you can order from a nearby restaurant, also there is no room fridge, but we knew about these before we arrived.
