1. downside was neither washing machines in the guest laundry spun the clothes, no matter what the setting; and other guests commented they too experienced the same.
"Great location but lacking some attention to detail. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/4/2011 Vote
2. The only downside of our stay was the 2nd floor room had a huge flag outside of the window, This did not impede our view but whenever the wind blew it banged the metal clasps against the metal pole and kept us up all night.
"Perfect Location, Nice Rooms, Beware of 2nd floor! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/7/2011 Vote
3. Only downside was having to use key card to get to your floor.
"Great location. Comfy room. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/20/2011 Vote
4. That was definitely a downside.

6. The only downsides I could see was that they didn't have their own parking (there is a garage nearby for $20/day or valet for $35ish) and no continental breakfast.
"Clean, convenient, and cheap " Read full review on Travelocity   5/1/2008 Vote
7. The downside is this: A 'suite' is really just a regular-sized hotel room -- the rooms at Club Quarters are teeny-tiny.
"Gave Me the Heebie-Jeebies " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/19/2007 Vote
8. If there was any downside, I would have to say it would be the restaurant downstairs - it wasn`t one of the best in town, but adequate for breakfast.
"Best kept secret in Chicago! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/20/2006 Vote
9. The downside being not a lot of drawer space, or a bathtub.
