Some of the Front Desk staff very
unfriendly
and not professional - no formal uniform attire and eating chocolates while speaking to me :o(Dennis and the concirge were excellent (apologies as her name slips me).

When we arrived the staff were extremely
unfriendly
- they bearly cracked a smile, did not even welcome us or tell us to enjoy our stay.

I have never seen such an enormous reception area, so underused and so
unfriendly
- a few uncomfortable chairs along one wall and that was really it.
