2. The most unbelievably jaded, unhelpful, unfriendly reception staff ('We're not paid enough to be friendly' one of them said to me; they seem to have the worst exploitative manager, 'Nick', in the universe, very sad.

3. The staff were rude and unhelpful apart from one and the securty guys were cool though , Me my friend and a guy staying at the hotel heard the receptionist rip off a chinese couple of $50 , I met a few good people at this hotel the area is ok at daytime but i wouldnt walk about at night it was only a few blocks off malcolm x ave and stuff and not far off harlem STAY AWAY and pay more you will benefit from paying more.
