1. If I had to complain, I would mention that there is no mirror in the bedroom, the room was too warm, and booking the room wasn't easy via the phone.

3. It's a little thing and I think it is the only complain I have besides the sofa bed :) Overall, we really had a great stay in Hotel Abri and we will definitely stay here in the urban suit when we visit SF next time ;) Thank you very much.

We asked for a wake-up call each morning, and the phone would ring and my husband would answer it and then go shower while I continues to sleep, and the phone kept ringing and ringing multiple times every morning until we would call the front desk and complain, and then the staff acted like it was OUR fault.
