1. If you want the hotel to fix it, they forward you to a 800 number, with a distant operator that asks you to check in your network settings (Which was obviously not the issue).

6. Although we never had any issues, I could see how it could be loud at times since parking spaces were directly below our room.

7. One thing that is not so nice is the surrounding neighborhood but we walked at night and clubbed in San Francisco and never had any issues (only problem is that people look at you but they don't do anything).
