Friendly staff (kudos to Barbara and Raphael), a great, free hot breakfast each morning, free DSL or wireless Internet access in every guestroom, the free shuttle ride to our conference location (which wasn`t very close to the hotel) and to the airport, plus the cleanliness of the facility meant for an excellent stay at a price we were shocked at.
