1. Only complaint was the pool was closed for renovations and I wasnt told beforehand.

4. I only have one complaint, that is breakfast had to be booked, we did not know this and found it very frustrating when travelling with hungry children.

8. There is an elevator back-up issue in the mornings, but really this was our only complaint and it wasn't a huge one as we only ever waited 5 or 10 extra minutes or took the service stairs (clean and well-lit).

9. My only complaint would be the bathroom set-up: it's all in one room, so with that many people, you have some 'waiting' time to use the sink/vanity area if someone is using the toilet or shower.
