1. Our rooms are always clean, love the Marriott beds and anytime we have a complaint or need something (like extra shampoo or pillows) it taken care of immediately.

4. Our room had a comfortable queen bed and a serviceable pull-out sofa bed, so it worked fine for our family of four (two kids, 8 and 10, shared the sofabed without complaint.

5. The two biggest complaints I have is that the dryers took an hour and a half to dry, and the train came by hourly all night, my kids said they had dreams of ducks quacking because of this.
