1. My only complaint would be that they are alittle outdated, but that is not a big deal seeing as we just slept there.

8. My only complaint is that the elvator is external and glass, not sure if there is A/C in the elevator but if there was it wasn't working so when the sun has been beating down on it for a few hours the ride to the 4th floor was like being in a sauna.
