1. I know I shouldn't base a review on one visit; however, the front desk staff woman (who shall remain nameless even though I know her name) was quite flippant and condescending when I checked in.

2. I would recommend this property only if you do not need anything from the staff and you do not need any troubleshooting, the staff that was there that night was very condescending.
