1. The rooms were dirty and dark and the noise was unbearable, and it wasn't from the cars on the street.

2. We're not generally high maintenance - we went to Disneyland last year and stayed at the Days Inn right across the street for about the same price, and it was WONDERFUL for what we paid (slightly dirty and very loud, but worth every penny).

8. Our Room Flooded from above, 2nd room smelled, taxi drivers did not want to service the area or motel, not safe, handicap access void, no phone service after giving a deposit for one, NO shuttle to disneyland as promised, no food within walking distance, dirty rooms and linen.
