9. the woman at the front desk named Jen began to check us inn and then asked for the card , I told her we had pre arranged an agreement with the hotel in advance because the card holder was not present on this trip she then said rather rudely that ALL hotels have to have the card which I knew was BS because every year we get a room as a gift from family .
