Check-in was pleasant and efficient, and when we tried to switch rooms to a floor or an area which wasn't undergoing renovations, the front desk was
apologetic
given nothing was available and comp'd us lunch.

Upon checking out we received a charge for room service which we did not purchase and our bill was promptly and
