1. Positives are Location and Starbucks, Negatives are beds, expensive parking, traffic noise and the strange security guy with white framed glasses.

9. Sleep number beds are a nice touch, but they didn't help our sleep, because of the poor soundproofing and noise from other guests at 3 am.

10. While the sleep number beds are comfortable, the noise from the city (if you're on the street side) or from ice machines, elevators, who-knows-what-else (if you're not) will disturb the lighter sleepers among us.
