the room was very clean every time we asked for towels they didnt have a
problem
giving us some I was afraid of stayin here from some of the reviews but over all it was good ill be stayin here everytime we come to austin.

Our only
problem
s were that we had room 121 which is on the bottom floor sharing a wall with the lobby wall and front entrance, so everytime someone used the door we would hear it slam shut so it took us a little longer to fall asleep.

Anytime that I have had a
problem
with my room, the
problem
is taken care right away and not 30 minutes or more later, or the staff will move me into another room.
