5. stayed here as part of a package through Cunard who deal with check-in so can't really comment on that (however the check-in desks always seemed busy when we passed), the whole hotel exudes class from the well dressed porters at the entrance to the attentive and efficient housekeeping staff, although we only ate at the buffet for breakfast (lots of choice and not too expensive - although not the cheapest in Vegas) all of the eateries seemed very nice, the ground floor is always very busy with non-residents milling about through the casino, designer shops and check-in/conservatory area.
