1. And the downside? Well two days in a row the room was not serviced, We were not impressed at all and the Management I hope were made aware of this.

2. On the downsides (and some of these may only only apply to business travelers), there was a bit of noise and light that made sleeping challenging next to the Hofbrau Haus, there were plenty of non-business types who came in at various stages of enibriation, and there was a small goof with my original room.

3. The only downsides and these are very minor: No hot tub, pool wasn't heated, no microwave in room but you do get a fridge, and breakfast is very limited unless you order something.
