2. My husband and I took our kids to Las Vegas to see the Beattle's show, we arrived on Sunday we did not have a reservation the gentlemen was working quickly took care of our reservation since we reserved the wrong dated.

4. It can take awhile for the hot water to come through and the cold/hot signs were the wrong way around, but once I figured that out, the shower was fine.
