2. the air filter was still dirty, my carpet was freyed by the bathroom and had a huge air bubble in it and the wallpaper has several air bubble in it as if a amatear peeling.

3. The toilet seat was broken, the bath room seal around the tub was rusted, the air filter was filthy, nasty and crammed with dust and the paint was peeling in the closet.
