We had a lovely time in Boston and choosing Nine Zero was a great decision -- we love the Kimpton hotels (we stayed in Palomar in Philly) because we can bring our dog with no
issue
s and they are very kid-friendly as well.

issue
.

My concern is that the responsive of the staff to these
issue
s - particularly the sheets, newspaper and billing error - was indifferent at best.
