1. Not a single hook anywhere -- where is my bathrobe to hang? The bathroom is too small, and there is no fan so all the mirrors steam.

3. Other than that, and that I believe the concierge lounge was in a temporary location which was also too small (no tables, poor design), the stay was as normal as could be.

6. The room was not too big, not too small, everthing what's needed for a good rest and a little bit of work: no note pad and pencil though (yes, some people still need them), not to many pillows (I hate them, they take so much space).
