6. The chair cushion was so stained they turned it over on the wrong side so you wouldn't see the big stains and if you sat in it you sunk so we used the chair to hold our opened luggage.

10. My husband had to go back downstairs, wait in a long line (which never went down every time we walked past it) and the clerk laughed about her hand writing being sloppy even though she verbally TOLD us the wrong number.
