3. The room service and maid were poor, the whole area was under construction and the concierge did not even know where a local drug store was.

4. The beds were very uncomfortable, primarily because of the rather poor bedding (sheets and comforter seemed like those I would find at a Motel 6 rather than at a Hyatt/Westin level property).
