1. Good free breakfast The only problem is that there are no restaurant or room service in the hotel, no restaurants very close by for dinner and cabs can be a bit difficult to get.

2. With construction and one way streets, getting to the hotel is a bit of a problem but the valet service is excellent (nice and very helpful attendants).

3. The service really is lacking - and if they can't maintain a high level of service during a renovation, I have trouble believe they would handle problems and such during a regular stay.

8. problem is I didn't have any 'fancy' plastic cups, the towels weren't replaced, I had one towel and the dirty ashtray (yes I have the bad habit) was sitting on the desk where the note & tip were? Also there was a fair amount of 'hair' around the bathroom that wasn't mine.

10. The "fitness center" is small -- just a couple machines -- but I never saw anyone else using it so that wasn't a problem.
