3. The only negatives keeping them from an A+ were no elevator, television needed a minor adjustment in brightness which I could not make, and inability in my room to dial an 800 number (gave fast busy signal which front desk could not remedy).

5. I don`t know how long this has been a Choice Hotels property, but after seeing negative reviews of this hotel below, I am guessing it is a recent change.
