1. I do not believe it was a bed bug but I really don't know as i don't think I've ever seen one but it was the only one (I did look through the bed and under the sheets.

2. The staff has been terrific (even enthusiastically helped me once on my bed bug check - btw - there have not been any reports of bedbugs at this facility at the bedbug registry even though nearby facilities have had numerous reports).
