We came at 3:00am and there was an all night party, dozens of people loitering in the parking lot, there was no parking, we were not allowed in the front entrance but there were non-patrons propping doors open all over the hotel, there were dirty towels in the hallway, a broken TV in the hallway no electricity in our hotel room.

7. The shower knob was broken off so it was a hassle to get the shower running, the shelf for towels was broken and falling out of the wall and we were not given enough towels for a family of 4.
