1. And a couple more things before closing so that you can get the whole picture, is that hardly anyone speaks english, and they reuse the toiletries that they give you, we had half used bottles of shampoo and the pool was closed, not that I would use it anyway.

4. the deadbolt would not latch until we finally figured out we had to lift up on the door really hard to get the lock into place.
