1. After an awful arrival experience in Terminal D - despite being almost first off the aircraft we had to wait just under two hours to clear immigration and customs - huge volumes of people queuing infront of us - it was poorly staffed compared to other US airports.

2. Wifi in the room was awful, it never stayed connected for more than 10 minutes.

3. Unfortunately for us the weather was awful, rain, rain and more rain so we were not able to make use of the rooftop pool and as we had a package which included breakfast and late check out of 2pm we went to the room and relaxed till time to go to the terminal.
