1. We are pretty sure nothing was stolen, but still people shouldn't be in a room marked do not disturb.

2. When we returned to our room one of the days during our stay we found a security guard in the room (even though the do not disturb sign was clearly in place), when we asked him why he was there, he couldn't really provide an answer aside from that he was verifying that we weren't checking out.

3. When I explained how dissatisfied I was to be disturbed and kept up past 1:30 AM, they finally checked and said the family was checking out and they would not put anyone with children in that room on Saturday.
