Also, they charged my card for the room as did priceline, however the highlight of the hotel was getting that
error
fixed by speaking with accounting.

I responded that this didn't actually make things right, it corrected one of the hotel's
errors
but the front desk agent just smiled at me and asked if I'd like to leave the charges on my Amex.
"I wish I had stayed somewhere else. "

Upon learning of the
error
I spoke with staff who informed me nothing could be done, it was another hotel and I could not switch my reservation to the Regency.

After the Westin called the night before our reservation to tell us that due to a 'computer
error
' our reservation was lost, we ended up here and were very pleased.
