3. As a sidenote, I had a minor mixup with the front desk personnel, but as soon as this was discovered by the Hotel Management - specifically Greg McKenna, the issue was more than resolved.

5. The only real complaints about the room were: the bathroom was a little on the smaller side, the sofa seats were very uncomfortable, the bath towels felt like sandpaper and the tv volume in the bedroom had some issues.
