1. The satellite television had issues with reception (would cut out and switch to 'searching for satellites') and I had unpleasantly slow service with room service as well.

4. that's just way too slow- You have to swipe your key everytime you get into the elevator.

5. However here are the reasons to my 3 star review:- The hotel setup makes it a bit confusing for you to know where you have to go- Internet is extremely slow in the lobby computer station.
